I want to express my sincere gratitude for the superior service you provided to me while I was looking for a house  with very specific criteria in mind. You listened-- unlike many Realtor's who are so focused on a commission, they forget about the actual customer service part.  In particular I was over the top impressed when you took my criteria seriously  and didn't waste my time which is at such a premium for me.  My criteria  were very specific but you did something that no other Realtor did. At each house we looked at,  you had researched  the bus routes  which were very important  to me, and  you were knowledgeable about which bus routes went where and how far they were from each house we looked at.  You  knew  a good neighborhood was important  to me and that no matter how cool the house was,  I simply was not in the mood for another full blown fixer upper.

Some else you did really sealed my desire for you to represent me and my family. Whenever we were going about a day of showings, you had a packet not only for me but also for my daughter. There was never a time that my daughter did not feel  that she was a part of our home buying process and you spoke directly to her as well. That was such a class act.

I would highly recommend you to anyone as head and shoulders above many Realtor's that are “out there.”  Please feel free to use my name as a reference.  You earned your fabulous reputation by your sincere, honest and hardworking approach on behalf of me and my family.
